our history
Vericert is a reliable partner for public and private users, for small and large companies, and offers a service that meets the criteria of fairness, independence and impartiality.
In November 2017 Vericert founded the company VERICERT TI FORMA SRL operating in the training sector and authorized to provide courses with the issue of professional training credits for Engineers and Experts.

COMPANY POLICY
VERICERT LLC undertakes to carry out its activities in compliance with the principles of impartiality, objectivity, transparency, confidentiality, competence and responsibility, and implements an effective and timely response to complaints and resolution of disputes as detailed in the Certification and Verification Regulations.
VERICERT srl also undertakes to:
- analyze, document, manage and resolve any conflicts of interest arising from certification activities, including conflicts that may arise from their own relationships;
- take all necessary measures to respond to any threat to its impartiality arising from other peoples’ interactions the actions of other people bodies or organizations;
- not to offer and not to provide, directly or indirectly, (not even through the use of external consulting firms) consultancy services of any kind; ensure that the staff employed in certification and verification activities have not carried out consultancy activities at it costumer.
VERICERT LLC has introduced an internal Committee for the Safeguarding of Impartiality which supports it in the development of its policies relating to the impartiality of certification activities and has the task to counter or other trends that prevent the objectivity of certification activities, and to provide suggestions that may influence trust in certification and conduct a review, at least annually on the impartiality of audits, certifications and corporate decision-making processes.
Moreover, the Body finances itself autonomously with the reveilles arising from conformity assessment activities, training courses and seminars open to the public and has no financial exposures to parties who may have an interest in the third-party activities provided.
By resolution of the Board of Directors of 19 September 2017, Vericert LLC adopted the organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 on the “Administrative Liability of Companies”.
The model represents the tool designed to prevent criminal offences under the aforementioned decree, in accordance with the business ethics policy adopted by Vericert LLC.
